Staff is THE worst. Cannot call and talk with anyone any time. Always had only the option to leave a message and never sure if anyone would call me back. There were several critical things that the staff messed up on and when I pointed it out they brushed things off. I'm sure they felt no one would know and it wouldn't affect their job if no one knew so who cares? Out the door at 4:50 pm, no extra effort or care. Many many times tried to update critical information on the portal and when talking with staff including the nurses but things continue to be wrong and no way to fix issues. Only one junior person on call if you need anything which if they are in surgery is a BIG issue - NO back up, no accountability in this practice.

Lower leg surgery after skiing accident. Dr. Holzman was outstanding to work with, very friendly, explained things well, zero complications and minor pain after surgery.

When I fell on the ice and broke my leg, we got five opinions from orthopedic doctors in two states. They all said to operate. But only Dr. Holzman explained why in concrete terms that we could understand. He operated and inserted two plates and almost twenty screws -- it was a very bad break. The operation was totally successful. We consider him to be an expert in his field and, as one reviewer said, "Dr Holzman is an asset to your practice and a gift to mankind".
