What stood out the most was how prepared his staff was.

Easiness to interact with Doctor Hirsch and hus staff.

Have been going to Dr Hirsch for nearly a quarter of a century, despite moving to another city, make the long drive as he is a keeper, an excellent knowledgeable primary doctor who at the same time works with me, respects I do not want to do all he recommends, sometimes even strongly as that's his job. He gives me the space I need yet with the medical care I need too, and lets me age how I'm comfortable, a flexibility essential to me in any doctor, as for me healthcare is about having quality time, not quantity, and such a physician is not so easy to find, one who stays your physician as a real partner with you in your healthcare, even if that may mean you don't want to do something, he is still there, yet telling it like it is as it is important he sees it for you to medically do, and this is what I look for in a doctor, one who works within my comfort zone & respects me all the same, & this is Dr Hirsch through the years, with a-plus staff that knows me by name, what more can I ask?

Minimum waiting staff very friendly and helpful and mostly very very patient and cordial

Great staff and Dr. There was no long waiting time. Which I love! Office clean and one stop shop (Blood work)

Dr. Hirsch is a wonderful doctor and a good person. He’s been my doctor for years and I won’t be changing.

Great friendly and courteous staffing and Dr Hirsch is a knowledgeable and thoroughly trained professional who was wonderful to work with.

My visits are always very good. The staff is very efficient, pleasant and professional. Dr. Hirsch exhibits care and genuine concern during my visits. He explains every step to me and why the steps are necessary.

I am a long time patience of Dr. Micheal Hirsch office. I usually see The nurse practitioner. Lately, making an appointment, getting lab results etc... has been horrible. You can’t get anyone on the telephone when you need them. Looks like I will be looking for another doctor ??

Dr Hirsch & Nurse Practitioner Greenberg are fine, but I would stay far away from this practice because the staff is incompetent and careless. I've twice received erroneous lab work and got quite a scare as I thought for 3 days I had liver cancer. I have had to ask the nurse to label my drawn blood when she left it on her desk to attend to another patient. I politely asked that she handle it with care and she said she was the only person that came into that area and it would be fine. Now I know how I got incorrect lab results! I've made appointments and shown up and told they had made an error and the doctor I had an appointment with was not even in.... I've given them chance after chance, but I am taking my business elsewhere. This level of incompetency is unacceptable

I was very pleased by my first visit with Dr. Hirsch. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. He was so warm and concerned about my issue. I was referred to him by an oncologist in the network and I am so happy that it happened. I was in hypertensive crisis and Dr. Hirsch is helping me to find out why and get it under control. Not only this, his nurse Deloris has the best bedside manner. She was the sweetest. The staff at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. Every single one of them greeted me and welcomed me and acknowledged that this was my first visit with him. I will be a lifelong patient of Dr. Hirsch and I have been telling all of my family and friends about him. Best doctor ever

Im a longtime patient and both Dr Hirsh and the PA are excellent as are the staff. Thankfully they run close to on time showing respect for the patients. My only negative is the office itself. Its pretty much 1990s and so very run down. This look give me pause as to accuracy of equipment being used. Im concerned the doctors dont have access to the latest technology. Bottom line they need to update office and equipment to meet 2018 standards.

Like others who commented here, I also drive much further than necessary to see him . Dr Hirsch is an excellent diagnostician. He listens to you and tries to figure out a solution. It's not difficult to get an appt and he stays pretty to close to on time. I trust and certainly recommend Dr Hirsch. As well, I'd like to comment that his staff if excellent at what they do. They are human and things can fall thru the cracks. They care though and try hard to help.

Grateful friendly professional staff... Dr. Hirsch enjoys his profession and it is reflected in the manner he cares for his patients. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I am not an easy person to please sometimes, I can say it is a pleasure to have Dr Hirsch and his staff as my health care providers.

I ditto what Rita's review said: as a long-time patient of over 15 years I drive 25 miles to see Dr Hirsch & will continue to do so, unless I find myself moving back near his office, which is the only reason I'll not drive 25 miles because my commute to him has been made shorter by a move. And this is a feat because my healthcare plan had a mandate in place that required me to have a primary care in the new county I had moved to, but it was worth the fight to get them to agree I could keep him.

It's nice to go to Dr Hirsch office seeing the same staff members. That displays a secured feeling of trust and loyalty knowing that there's no high turnovers and the service only gets better. Overall professionalism and genuine courtesy.

I highly recommend Dr Hirsch to all my friends and family. He and his staff are always warm and compassionate to all my families needs. We have been with Dr. Michael Hirsch for over 20 years and we drive about 35' miles to get his Wonderful Care. He and his staff always makes you feel like family. Thank you to all.
