He knew and understood what I have going on.

Each visit is always a good visit because I know my health problems will be taken good care of. I’ve been going to him for years.

I established with this dr in 2020. I told him that I am prone to getting pneumonia yearly, so I know what it feels like. He said okay, so you know when you need a prescription. So now to Oct 2020 I get pneumonia. I called and let him know this. I asked for an antibiotic and a steroid pack. He calls me in a cough medicine and an anti nausea medicine. I called back and asked what these were for. I was told that is what he calls in when you have pneumonia. Needless to say I got so bad off, because they were not seeing patients in office if you were sick. I ended up in the hospital for 3 months and 7 weeks of that was on a vent. I would not recommend this dr to anyone. Not even someone I don't like.

I didn't wait more than thirty minutes as a new patient. Dr Hearndon discussed my medications with me, my past medical issues, and said he would be happy to assist with my other doctors to keep my Lupus in check.

I didn't get to visit. I called the office (during their stated office hours) several times. The first 3 times I got voicemail and asked for a returned call. The 4th time I called I asked what the office hours were, and the receptionist said "Pretty much between 4 and 5 depending on how we feel that day." I let her know I had left several messages and she asked if I was a new patient. I said yes. She said "Well that's why we didn't call you back. We don't call new patients back. We figure they'll call back on their own." Believe it or not, I still considered making the appointment. I asked how soon I could get in. She said, for new patients, it'll be October. (It's July at the time of this review). It makes you wonder about the quality of care folks are receiving.

Doctor Herndon told me today that I was wasting his time. He told me to find a different doctor and if I experience seizures due to being unable to get my medication to go to the E.R. because I am not his problem. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Very professional...

been seeing dr Herndon for 3 1/2 years. he saw something at the back of my throat that concerned him. he directed me to a ent dr. cancer was found. he is very very nice and very knowledgeable. would recommend he highly. his staff are very nice and professional.

Dr. Herndon takes time to listen and explains about treatment he decides is best.

Found out all the time my wife was seeing him that her medications are totally messed up. She was taking meds with other meds that were dangerous to take together and it was several of them. It became a issue to always have blood test done constantly to renew prescriptions and they refused to renew them even if you was out until you got blood work done in which there was no warning until you called them. If you were out you are out and Cathy the attitude nurse their does not care at all. Horribl

Excellent visit. He was very attentive and answered all questions and offered solid medical advice. Very pleasant demeanor.

Dr. Herndon has been my family doc for a long time. Every time I have visited, wait time has never been above average. He has always taken care of my needs and provided me with professional insight to any situation I have had.
