Dr Harris lacks integrity. 1) He told a half truth to this patient. True, after receiving a cochlear implant you CAN HAVE AND MRI DONE, but this doctor failed to let this patient know, NO, THE XRAY READER 'CANNOT SEE BEHIND THE CI DEVICE'. and 2) Dr Harris left the decision up to me whether I should have a labyrinthectomy done right away while the cochlear implant was put in. HAD I KNOWN THE COCHLEAR IMPANT WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED IF I CHOSE TO HAVE THE LABYRINTHECTOMY DONE "IN THE FUTURE", I WOULD HAVE HAD IT DONE RIGHT AWAY! BUT DR HARRIS FOR SOME UNGODLY REASON, LEFT THAT DECISON **UP TO ME** THE LAY PERSON! HOW HORRENDOUS HE IS THAT HE CREATED BOTH THESE DILEMNAS FOR ME! AND OTHERS TOO? IT'S TIME TO ASK OTHERS I THINK.

Dr. Harris was incredible. He reviewed potential options and after explaining each option he gave his recommendation but he made it clear it was ultimately my decision. His delivery of the information was easy to understand and very helpful.

The staff was great! Dr. Harris took his time to explain my upcoming procedure to my wife and I in terms we could fully understand. He also made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed before concluding our appointment. Overall a great experience
