Prostate Cancer FREE
After 12 yrs of monitoring my prostate cancer, confirmed by biopsy with my urologist but with low PSA count (5-11), I sought treatment when PSA suddenly spiked above 20. I am 75 YO. Since I had consulted with oncologist Michael Hanus early on, he was my choice for treatment. I found him to be genuinely concerned with my care and procedure; factual and open; not intimidating nor scaring me into submitting my prostate to radiation needlessly. He listens and clearly answered all of my questions throughout the month-long process, which he monitored and reported to me faithfully; he was factual and accurate (it turns out) in explaining the side affects of my treatment. The facility and team of radiation professionals at Inspire's new facility were extremely warm and careful; we bonded with my 20+ quick procedures over a month. I credit them and Dr. Hanus with saving my life and therefore highly recommend Hanus/Inspire for similar situations.

Dr. Hanus is a good radiation oncologist, he is truly concerned about his patient, he’s all knowing and thorough! The techs are good expect for Angie at the Collier office, my s heckling calendar was wrong in a particular day and I waited 40 minutes before my treatment! When I told her about it, she was very abrupt and mean to me making me feel uncomfortable, I then went in for radiation and started to tear up because the way I was treated and the other tech told me she understood and consoled me ! I hope I never have to go back to the Collier office again if I ever need treatment again! I’d probably go to Bonita fl. Office!

Everyone is pleasant and courteous at the office. Dr. Hands explains what the radiation will entail and has a very calming personality. I felt very comfortable with all the staff and would highly recommend Inspire Oncology.

Dr. Hanus was the second radiologist that I dealt with after Dr. Bruce Nakfoor left Century 21. I saw him twice before he too left Century 21. Now that he and Dr. Nakfoor are in partnership is a great deal for patients seeking radiology treatment. Both these Doctors are super people who care deeply for their patients and will render them the treatment necessary to cope with their medical issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Hanus and Dr. Nakfoor to my family, friends, and acquaintances. They are the real deal.

Dr. Hanus is a knowledgeable and caring physician. He’s one of the few doctors who takes the time to listen to you, and explains the ramifications of your test results. We are fortunate to have a doctor of his caliber in Naples.

Avoid this Dr. He is an actor and in actuality does not care for your wellbeing. He is smug and careless. Find another Dr. to I trust with your life. Notice he won't answer your questions. Value yourself. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Hanus is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have had the pleasure to go to. He will take time to answer all questions and explain until you understand. He is friendly and personable and I can't say enough good things about him. I have been seeing him since 2013, 5 years, and I am so happy to have been referred to him. He was in charge of my radiation therapy and was honest and truthful about it. If you need radiation I would recommend him above any other doctor in Naples

Be very careful and avoid this Dr. He is not interested in your health or survival. He is only interested in making as much money as possible off of you. Avoid radiation machines that don't work properly. Your life depends on it. They need a whistle-blower badly in the Bonita Springs office. Please come forward-help save lives instead of watching them be thrown under the bus as in the past. Please help those who unfortunately, and in error, trust in you.

I was most impressed by Dr. Hanus's extensive knowledge and experience. He was also compassionate and took the time to answer questions, making me feel less frightened by the word radiation for this type of treatment. I had many sessions for breast cancer with the non-typical approach of radiation before surgery in order to shrink the tumor so it could be removed with clear margins. The treatments worked! The stubborn tumor shrunk (and continued to shrink a few weeks after radiation ended).
