I had my wisdom tooth extracted today by Dr. Michael E. Hall, DDS, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Dr. Hall made what could have been a stressful procedure incredibly smooth and easy.Despite being fully awake, I felt completely reassured the entire time. Dr. Hall took the time to coach me through the numbing process and the extraction itself, making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. His calm, confident approach put me at ease, and before I even realized it, the wisdom tooth was out!This was by far the easiest and most painless tooth extraction I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a skilled, caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hall. I am genuinely grateful for how well everything went today.

Dr. Hall was very informative. He assured me of what was to come and answered all of my questions in human language! I was not treated as if I was just another visit. I feel Dr. Hall and his team all catered to me and my specific needs. I have a very low tolerance for pain, they made sure I was comfortable. And while I was waiting for the pain to come, he had the tooth out already! Job well done.

I saw someone else on here post about their experience with Dr. Hall and getting permanent nerve damage. I wish I could reach out to this person because the same exact thing happened to me. (which is a bit amusing considering Aspen Dental made it seem like this has never happened before). It's been almost a year with no feeling in half of my tongue after a wisdom tooth surgery and the way that Dr. Hall and team reacted in such negligence is enough for me to believe he should have his dentistry license revoked permanently. He is a kind person until something goes wrong and then he is careless and negligent. The fact that this has happened under his care before me makes me believe that this has happened to multiple other people. Please do not trust this doctor and take your business elsewhere. I have permanent nerve damage that was never taken seriously the way it should have been and it will affect my life now forever.

I was four months pregnant when my wisdom tooth erupted. Michael Hall showed me my X-ray, said it would need to be removed. When I asked about the tooth being close to the nerve, he laughed at me and said, 'I've done thousands of these surgeries and never had a patient with nerve damage, you won't be the first.' I can't possibly write everything that happened to me here in this small space, but my life is forever changed by this surgery. It has been almost two years now, and the nerve damage to my lip, chin, jaw, teeth, and gums is permanent. He never took my concerns seriously, and his demeanor towards me changed entirely when I said I thought I had nerve damage. He was cold and so angry at me for asking questions, for being concerned. I've also had to make dentist appointments since where they were shocked at the quality of his work. I'm terrified every day the neuropathy will return. This was traumatizing and is only a tiny fraction of what happened to me. PLEASE go to someone else.
