Dr. Michael Grecco, MD

He diagnosed my Stage 0-1 cancer and worked with Oncologist Head at St.Vincent’s/RUMC and removed all cancer. I am here today because he is an excellent doctor who knows his business. Besides expertise and knowledge he also has a friendly demeanor. I thank God that I changed gyn from Tubmann who didn’t know what she was doing.

The best doctor, I've been going to him since I am 20 years old now 33. His relaxed attitude, experience, and intelligence is hard to come by. I would never see anyone else.

Dr. Grecco started as my OB when I was pregnant with my second child in 2006 and has since been following me concerning all GYN needs/issues. I won't go to another doctor. He's kind, personable, great bedside manner and really really cares about and for his patients well-being - pregnant or not. He has seen me even on holidays for emergency reasons, without hesitation and incredibly quickly. My delivery with my son went incredibly well and I have been in safest of hands with Dr. Grecco ever since. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great OB or just GYN concerns. Scheduling appointments is easy and office wait times can be long at times - but worth the wait for a great doctor! Thank YOU always, Dr. Grecco and team!

Dr Grecco, if you are reading this. Your staff and YOU should know better. Shame on you! Even though I never got to met you, your staff are a representation of you and your practice. They are very rude and unprofessional. I waited a total of 3 hours to see you. When I asked how much longer.. their response was 4 more patients and couldn't tell. How can you allow over booking of patients during this pandemic? Not only you're risking my health by allowing me to wait 3 hours in your office but the health of other patients and your staff members. When I voiced my complaint, their solution was for me to reschedule!! Reschedule, well I was already rescheduled 3 hours ago!!

Very thorough Very caring, explains everything and anything, I’ve been with this doctor for 26 years, he delivered my twins who now my daughter uses him as her doctor, had a few procedures done by this doctor, I’ll say no more! He’s absolutely the best????????

Dr Grecco is the best!

Dr.Grecco is an excellent doctor who truly cares about each and every patient. I’ve been with him for 15 years, and I absolutely love him! He is extremely smart, caring, compassionate and professional. He takes his time and makes sure he answers your questions as thoroughly and patiently as possible! He’s always gone out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and I cannot thank him enough! He is the best doctor there is, and I will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend him!

Dr Grecco is very professional and has great knowledge. He is very caring. I was not being properly assisted by two previous gyn doctors. I went to him and in one visit he took care of my issue. He properly diagnosed my problem and he is performing my surgery. He operated on me 20 years ago and I remembered how great he was then so I went back to him. The reason I left him 20 years ago was I switched insurances and he didnt take that one but I am glad he avcepts most insurances now!

This man literally mocked me in front of his assistant. I came in with a common problem. When I finally saw him (after 2 hours of waiting past the time I was supposed to be seen.) I asked him what the cause could've been to which he gave a crude response: "I DON'T KNOW, A MAN, SOAP, ANYTHING!"  His assistant chuckled. I didn't deserve that response. I never went back to his practice. His wife is just as terrible.

Great doctor- kind and compassionate. However, expect to wait at least 2 hours when you have a scheduled appointment. Sometimes he seems like he’s in a rush.

The doctors and staff at this office truly used to provide genuine quality care. Despite both of these doctors being excellent physicians, their major concern is money over the well-being of their patients. I was turned away (after scheduling a last-minute appointment and arriving at the office for an emergency situation) for offering to pay too little for a small balance on my account. I'm sad to say that after 9 years with them, I will not be returning.

He a great doctor

I needed an emergency appt. I called and was able to get an appt for that afternoon. Got to the office which btw the waiting room was full, was told dr had to leave and all appts were being rescheduled for the next day.I wound up going to the ER that night. Next day came, I got a phone call, my appt was cancelled again, dr had to leave once AGAIN.So glad I didn't wait for him and went to ER night before.I actually needed emergency surgery.This dr is very unreliable and his office was overbooked.

Packed office, needs to be updated... very old. There were not enough seats for everybody waiting and the wait is very long. As if that's not enough to complain about the staff is not friendly at all. I did like Dr. Grecco though, he was friendly and made me feel comfortable. However, I am not pregnant and went for just a regular check up I'm not sure if I would be able to put up with such a busy unprofessional office if I were having a baby.

Grecco is the cause of my c section. He told me to go to the hospital and tell them I was having intermittent contractions (I wasn't having any) so they could check my amniotic fluid (which was a little low). Those two paired is cause for inductions, I wasn't even effaced. Went in Tuesday morning I had a section Thursday evening. Guess who was on vacation for the next week when the staples were removed. He was awful to me after I hired a doula. His pride ruined my experience.

Dr.Grecco saved my life when I was delivering my child so I will forever be greatful I was in his care. His experience and knowledge far surpassed our expectations. Thank you

I been with fresco for year he is great his staff though is very rude and extremely disrespectful the act ghetto I tried to talk to him about it and he blew me off this caused me to look in to other doctors and I'm pregnant it was very disturbing and distasteful ! I wouldn't advise anybody to go there simply because if it happened to me it will def happen to you.
