Dr Gilpatrick is a visiting physician who visited my 85 year old father after 3 months of becoming his patient and he spent all of 10 minutes with him. I had moved my father to Indiana from Rhode Island after he had fallen and had surgery on his neck. When I asked Dr. Gilpatrick about the surgery it was clear he had not even reviewed my fathers medical records when I pressed him on what he knew about my fathers medical records he said the surgery was on his hip. Shouldn't a Dr review a patients?

Meridian Visiting Physicians has provided care at my Mom's retirement community for the last year. In this time I have contacted the office by phone and email two separate times regarding insurance and medical record needs. Both times there has been no response unless I call them several times. The last incident they were to fill out a patient record form. The facility requesting it sent the form via fax every three days with no response.
