I've been going to Dr. Gilhooley for well over 10yrs & I think he is a great doctor & a wonderful person. Their staff is so friendly. I do feel that they need to get a new phone system because you can never get through to a real person. But other then that I would never change my doctor. I am very happy wirh the level of care that I've always received.

Dr. Gilhooley is a good doctor, but his office is hopeless. They don't return phone calls, and they manage to screw up in every possible way - not making appointments, wrong medications, forgetting to fill medications, never calling with test results, etc. In addition, the nurse practitioner prescribed two medications that both turned out to be incorrect. If you want to be able to count on a doctor's office, go elsewhere!

My mother was sick with a UTI infection. We could not get anyone to answer the phone at his office. My mother was admitted to the hospital and it was 3 days before we heard from Dr. Gilhooley. Sometimes his nurse returns a call late in the day only to say she cant do anything she needs to talk with him and will call back tomorrow. It is a joke. Stay away .

They never return phone calls no matter how important it is. Dr. Gilhooley failed to do anything about my grandfather after he lost over 40 pounds in 2 months. It took my grandfather passing out at home and being taken to the hospital for him to get any diagnoses or treatment. He was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and he was sent home to in home hospice and given 2 months to live. I watched him waste away and he died right in front of me. My grandmother has now been in and out of thr hospital and he has never checked on her once, she has been his patient for around 15 years. Clearly he picks and chooses who he cares about enough to help them. Shame on him, he is supposed to be the person who helps those in need but he clearly forgot that part of the job. He should retire if he doesnt care about his job anymore. Disgusting.

No return phone calls after repeated requests. Seemingly unconcerned about fluid build-up and difficulty breathing which developed in a cardiac arrest patient. It was only after the family's intervention, the patient was admitted to the hospital for CHF.
