Terrible experience. I came in prepared, having emailed Dr. Giglio my concerns ahead of time so he could review them before our visit. Instead of being met with care or even basic professionalism, I was told by his rude and dismissive PA, “The doctor will only see you for your cough.” Excuse me? Since when do doctors limit visits to one symptom and tell you to make another appointment for anything else?When Dr. Giglio finally came in, he doubled down on this bizarre approach. He acknowledged my email but flatly said he could only discuss my cough. No time, no interest, no care. I wasn’t asking for hours of his time — just a standard, 15-minute conversation with my supposed primary care physician.I was so shocked and disgusted by this assembly-line approach to healthcare that I walked out of the office. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Doctors are meant to help the sick — not treat patients like a number or a nuisance.
