The staff is super, was there today and they were running behind, staff tried to Explain to patient that the ins requested certain things. Holding up the sign in area . They remained calm and Finally a resolution was found. They are always pleasant and love you don’t press one to talk to a person. a person Always answers the phone . Thanks Dr Galin.

Dr. Galin is an excellent Doctor. He has a great bedside manner, explaining everything he is doing and why he is doing it. He is comprehensive in his approach to resolving your concerns, taking all possibilities into consideration to solve the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Galin to all my family and friends.

Dr.Galin was extremely thorough throughout my examination and created a very comfortable environment for my daughter and I! Will definitely be going back in the future!

I recently saw Dr. Galin for an ongoing sinus issue that I’ve been having. Everybody in the office was extremely friendly and got me in and out. Overall great experience!

I made an appiontment for 4pm and arrived at 3:50. I was taken back for a hearing test, not really why I went there. At 5:25 I actually saw Galin. In less than 5 minutes I was given what seemed like a prepared speach about my hearing loss, handed a pamphlet, referred to the hearing aid guy across the hall and in my car by 5:30. Won't ever be going back to this guy.

Dr. Michael Galin, is one of the most caring and compassionate ENT doctors I have ever met. He did a full thyroidectomy, and made me fell very at ease from the first time I met him. If your looking a compassionate, caring Dr. look no further.

This office is run like a well oiled machine! The front office staff are courteous, efficient, and friendly. The nurse was also efficient and friendly. Dr. Galin is a very afficable man! He was friendly and listened to my concerns. His questions about my condition were very detailed and he made sure that he understood what I was saying before he initiated an exam. He was clear and concise about what he was doing and proceeded with adeptly while informing me what he was doing at all times. When he finished my exam, he explained what he found and didnt find about my condition and very clearly explained to me. He gave me options without pressure. Told me what meds he was prescribing and why. He dictated my case into his laptop and when finished asked if I agreed that what he logged was correct. Very very professional and easy to talk to! I thanked him and staff for seeing me during this Corona lockdown! He immediately said..No thank you for coming to us! Very classy doctor!

I picked Dr Galin because he took my insurance, and it turned out perfect. He operated on my nose in December, and I breathe better than I hoped. The staff is very nice, he is professional and businesslike, but also very gentle and affable. I am a healthcare professional, and I judge him to be top ten. Excellent, professional and friendly. What more could you ask for??

I call with an ear that's bleeding after an airplane flight. I consider it an emergency but the staff person that answered the phone told me there's a 2 to 3 week wait for an appointment! Guess they dont know what an emergency event is!!!

Today I visited Dr Galin's office with the intention of setting up a new patient appointment. The person at the front desk asked if I have time to wait to set an appointment (?). I waited for no less than ten minutes before I went up to the desk and asked for paperwork to take with me. She still had the phone stuck in her ear when I left very irritated. I'll call for an appointment...maybe.

Dr. Galin is a superb and sophisticated ENT physician who takes the time necessary to understand your problem and then after he provides his diagnosis, suggests the best treatment plan that can be understood by the patient. Overall, he is absolutely concerned about the patient and their issues and considers all options available to patient to try to remedy the problem. I would highly recommend him for any ENT related matters.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Galin & his staff.I’m pretty confident you won’t be able to find a more friendly, warm, attentive, and helpful staff anywhere. Working in the medical field myself I understand that the staff is a reflection of the doctor, & this group is truly special. Whether I call for an emergency appointment or have any concerns/questions they go above & beyond to accommodate me &help me. As far as Dr. Galin I’ve been seeing him for about 2 1/2 years now, & can vouch for him as a very compassionate & knowledgeable doctor. Most recently though, I am able to vouch for him as a skilled surgeon. I appreciate his candor with me & how he includes me in deciding the best & most realistic treatment plan for my condition. I’m sure I haven’t really been an easy case given how bad my sinuses were, but I’ll never forget when he told me he would do everything in his power to make me feel better.My quality of life has improved leaps, and for that I am so grateful

Dr. Galin provided an excellent atention to me as a patient. The procedure went smooth with full fast,recovery,no pain. I strongly recomend him for anyone in need of ENT services.

Staff I found to be friendly and helpful. Dr Galin is knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to explain what he is going to do in the exam and the surgery that's upcoming. I will use him as my regular ENT since I have a long history of sinus issues

Very disappointed. Drive 25 miles round trip to be told they are not accepting new patients. Why couldn't I be told this when I made the appointment.
