Dr. Franco was very nice, 1st time I meet him to talk about surgery on my right hand for caripuil tunnel syndrome. Waiting for his assistant to call so we can set a date for surgery.

Dr. Franco treated me with respect as a human being. I was NOT just a number. He is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. During surgery he explained everything.

Dr Franco always treats my hand problems seriously without insisting on any treatments that might not be necessary at the time. He recommends physical therapy before medical treatment but also encourages communication with him if problems persist. I have great confidence in him
