Dr. Francis might be a good doctor, but he is also a very rude man. Amazing.

Very Arrogant doctor that trash talks other doctors. Says he listening to your problems as your trying to explain things and doesn't at all doesn't make eye contact when speaking with you. He as dose not give a proper diagnosis nore dose he do a proper exam. Beware If you can find another facility to go too go to it. You have to live with your pain every day not them and if the doctor refuses to even read your medical history or listen to what you have to say it's not worth going too like this place. I also like to add that the doctor there has NO understanding of what the physical body that's in pain dose to your mental state of mind. For a doctor that claims to have 30 years of experience not know that tells you how much they even care about you and your pain. In my opinion the doctor should have his medical license revoked for that very fact.

I went to a Pain Manager and he only gave me more pain....My first visit I waited an hour and a half. Didn't make eye contact and no rapport was ever established. But told me I should try temporary injections being optimistic I agreed. Two days later I had a small incident and made my back problem worse. (FYI Two back surgeries L4-L5-S1) When I returned he never examined me or suggested imaging first to see what I did. He proceeded to inject me, now pain is worse. I am miserable thanks to him.

I went to this doctor for the first time and will NEVER go back. He was dismissive, arrogant, and rude. He did not even read the reports my previous doctor sent over, nor did he review the images....referred to them as a pile of scribble scratch. The medication he prescribed had awful side effects for me and despite leaving messages, he never addressed the problem or returned my call.

This isn't just a review, it's a public service. Michael Francis is the worst doctor I've ever experienced in over a half century on this planet. He's arrogant, condescending, rude, & dismissive. No one deserves to be treated like this by ANY healthcare provider. None of his treatments helped because he didn't listen to ANYTHING I had to say, including where my pain was located. It IS possible to find a doctor that can not only treat your pain, but treat YOU with dignity & respect. It's NOT him!

Wow! This was the worst experience with a physician that I have ever had. First he was 20 minutes late. Then he came storming in and spent about 3 minutes in the room. He was arrogant and completely dismissed what I had to say. He told me that my 8 years of chronic shoulder pain was caused by having a desk job. When I asked why it still hurt for 6 years before my desk job he told me stress. Then he told me that he has been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he is talking about and he left.

Oh my, what a terrible experience. If at the very least, he could have had better people skills. He was dismissive and arrogant. It bewilders me why some persons become doctors. I say this one thing to all practitioners of medicine, as I am a healthcare professional. "You must treat people as you wish to be treated, because one day you shall be someone's patient." I pray sincerely that he doesn't have to face himself because it won't be pleasant.

Dr. Francis did not listen to me at all. All of my concerns, worries, and observations, nothing. He dismissed all of it, and interjected his own opinion at every step, often talking over me to make it clear he did not want to hear what I had to say. He was in and out of the exam room in under five minutes, having made his diagnosis and recommended injections. After the injections made my condition more painful, he stated this was normal and I needed more. Do not recommend for back pain.
