I have been a patient of Dr. Flanagan for over twenty years. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and develop solutions in a collaborative environment. He thoroughly explains my various treatment and pharmaceutical options. And he offers me realistic assessments of likely outcomes. I highly recommend Dr. Flanagan.

I was dissatisfied with Dr Flanagan's care of my parents. He never informed my father that he was dying. My father struggled with daily activities due to untreated cancer. When I made an off had comment about the difficulties of death, he ask who told me he was dying! With my mother, he treated basic illnesses (flue, colds) but ignored her overall well being. I was told by the nursing home this was a common and they offered other doctors. He may be a kind man but is a poor geriatric doctor.

Dr. Flanagan is an extraordinary human being and physician. My husband and I have been his patients for many years. He is always there to consult, advise and recommend. His knowledge of medical research and new therapies is current and specific. If you read something you think is applicable to your own personal situation, he knows of the study and is willing to share his insights, taking them one step further. We are grateful he is younger than we are and most likely to outlive us!
