I agree with the post Dr Finn is a gruff man doesn’t seem to listen and doesn’t spend time to really help the reviews speak for them selves

I certainly would recommend him to any Vet using the Newport VA outpatient facility, he has been my GP for over 15 years if I have any questions he always answers them & recommends different shots that are helpful to me I.e. a new shingle shot more affective than the one I received a few years ago he is going to have one of the nurses call me to set up an appointment to receive it. He & all of Team 4 treat me good.

Dr. Finn is a gruff mean uncaring Doctor who doesn't listen or care about the veterans who unfortunately have to deal with him. He's got his position at the VA outpatient clinic and he abuses his title and power, he will outright LIE to a veteran and then explode in your face if you call him on it. He's vindictive so watch out. What a horrible human being I will be contacting my advocate about him, he shouldn't be working with veterans much less any patient. i think he is jaded and should quit.
