Office Staff-Can you please Hold (FOREVER!!!!)
Dr Finger is great, Office Staff no so. Patient for years, consistently unable to speak to office staff for simple requests...prescription refills, lab orders.....be prepared to wait for appointments and don't try calling, really

All of the staff was very professional, friendly, attentive, caring and super respectful. This was my first visit and after reading all the reviews, I did know whether to keep my appointment or cancel. I was very impressed with their services and super glad I kept my appointment. Dr Finger was so respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and attentive. He took his time to listen as I explained my condition and set my mind at easy. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend their services and I have decided to make him my urologist. Again I highly recommend their services. ??. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest, I rate them a 5. ??

Dr finger has excellent bedside demeanor and provides ample time to answer questions . My mom has a bladder tumor and he removed it. For the follow up visit , he sat down and answer our multitude of questions in a professional and courteous manner . As a medical professional myself I understand the the time restrictions and the busy schedule that physicians have . Thank you doctor finger .

I have see the Dr. But waited an Extra Hour before seeing Him. I was Before My appointment time. He was Late. I had Pain for a Week after. But he Did Not answer calls. I went to Hospital. They called Him, to Admit me. But No call Back they Did Not. The next Day I went to Another Hospital. He left standing Orders Not to Feed or Give me Drink. For Three Days. I Self Checked Out, on the third day. He Had 6 Operations that Day. And Could Not Deal With Me. I sent Him a Pix Of My THREE FINGERS. Bad Communication. The Hospital Said he Had an Order that I was going to Have a Procedure. They wanted To Draw Blood Again. WITH ME HAVE FULL BLOOD THINNERS IN ME. And Diabetic , No Check of Blood Count, Just Once the Hole time I was there. That was Harlingen Reginal of Texas.

Dr. Finger saw my dad for several months. Although he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, Dr. Finger would not refer him to an oncologist. Moreover, he lacked the courtesy to return my mom's calls. She was calling because my dad was in severe pain from the cancer cells that had spread to the bone. It wasn't until another doctor requested the case that the transfer was made. Compassion and courtesy shouldn't be forgotten -- regardless how busy you are.

Terrible experience with Dr.Finger today. Staff was pleasant however Dr.Finger was completely unprofessional and did not take care of my needs as a patient at all. In fact, he insulted me. Worst experience ever. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Dr. Finger refused to continue care for my dad because my dad was seeking a second opinion. His staff was rude and so was doctor Finger.

New to Area. On rec of MD, I took full medical records re prostate cancer to Dr.FInger's office. Staff was Rude and Obnoxious. Said they would review records and then would call me for an appointment. After no response in two weeks, I called twice and went physically to office to try and get appointment. All responses were that they would get to it when they could. When I went back the last time to ask for my records back, staff could not find them. How can this office still be open??
