Unsure if I want to go back
I've been seeing this doctor for two years now, and every time I see him, I feel more determined to find another doctor. At first, he was helpful and informative and helped now. Now, every time I see him, he has this I Don't Care attitude; it's extremely off-putting. I'm a patient and don't understand the need to brush me off at my appointment and show up 30 - 1hour late to see me.. The reception and front desk people are extremely rude and scream at you to get blood work done every time you are there.

AMAZING
I have been seeing Dr Nieve Hernandez in this office for almost 8 years now she has changed my life around with my thyroid. I highly recommend this office. The staff is friendly and listens to your needs. I have been a patient with graves and I wasn’t able to have children due to my thyroid and other things I now have two kids. My thyroid flips hyper to hypo she has been able to regulate my thyroid several times. I would never want to see another dr in my lifetime. She is extremely nice listens caring professional and compassionate. Appointment is in and out no long waiting times. She definitely cares about her patients.

This doctor should have his license revoke
I had an appointment with Dr. Fili yesterday at 9:30 am. From the moment he walked into the office, he was rude. His first words to me were "why are you here?" I explained to him that last year I tried to end my life and was taken to Larkin Hospital where I was admitted under the Bakers Code. during my stay ay the hospital, they ran a lot of test and discovered I had Hypothyroidism, which very well was contributing to my clinical depression. I was prescribed 100 mg of Levothyroxine. I told Dr. Fili, that weeks later I went to see an endocrinologist friend of mine and that she suggested reducing the dosage to 50 mg and order a full blood study to figure out the right dosage for me. Dr. Fili asked me why had I not gone to see my friend in lieu of him. I explained that, although my friend gave me the friends and family rate, I could not afford her. he then proceeded to say that my friend was not a good friend, that he charges $0 to his friends. I explained to him that the lab work showed

Leaving a 1 star is generous. Horrible physician, talks down to patients, does not listen to the patient and does not explain anything. It's pretty sad when the doctor doesn't want to listen to the patients symptoms and concerns and then the patient gets diagnosed by biopsy and surgical intervention with thyroid cancer. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor unless he learns compassion, communication, and listening skills.

I love the staff! Since they have replaced some employees and have a new location, it feels like the office runs better. Will keep attending and seeing Dr. Michael Fili.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Not because of the doctor...HE IS AMAZING!!! but the front desk is unreliable and not personable. The younger girl is very rude and disrespectful. On top of that, it is always very difficult to get a hold of anyone. The receptionist is always putting you on hold. I've waited for 30 minutes straight and she never answers. I call back at a later time...still no answer.

Dr. Filli and Beatriz are amazing!! My sister who is now 63 years old has been with Dr. Filli for many, many years since she was diagnosed with Thyroid desease at an early age. My husband and I have been his patient for at least 15 years now. Their entire office is dedicated and committed to their patients!! The culture in that office is serious, they are down to the point and no time is wasted. Dr. Filli, Beatriz and staff do take care of their patients. Serious they are, absolutely! They take your health very seriously!! If that is what matters to you, I highly recommend them!

The first appointment I had was with his nurse, not him. You don’t get to see the doctor on your first appointment. After answering all her questions she made an appointment with the doctor for three months later. I received a letter from them telling to stop taking my diabetes med and they recommended a different one that he would discuss with me when I came in. I called the office to reschedule and explain. Just received a letter where he is dropping me as a patient. A very rude letter.

The doctor is to the point and doesn't waste time with you. Don't schedule an appointment if you are looking for attention. Dr. Fili has been the only person to control my hypothyroidism by continually monitoring my levels and adjusting medications until we found a good balance. Been a patient of his for the past 5 years and have no complaints.

Did not take the time to listen to my health issues. Seems very arrogant. Ordered labs just to shut me up. The staff is a nightmare and the doctor never gave me my results. He had a staff member email me about them.
