Talented Dr., Compassionate Team, Quality Care
I began seeing Dr. Farrell for chronic neck pain. I thought I would never feel 'normal' again. My neck was so stiff and painful due to arthritis and other factors. He reassured me at my first visit that he would be able to help. He recommended radio frequency ablation. It worked. It's temporary, but I now have minimal to no pain. I am up and around daily doing all the things I love again. I can repeat the procedure as needed. I have had in person and virtual appointments. Dr Farrell and his team are responsive to my needs and questions. His staff is friendly and professional, appointments have been on-time, very little waiting. I was hesitant to see a pain management doctor because I didn't want to manage my pain, I wanted it gone. I am happy I decided to see Dr. Farrell. He is very compassionate, and his staff truly cares about my well-being. I no longer spend every minute of every day focused on alleviating neck pain. I am enjoying life again!
