I was seen by a resident physician first who did a very good job and thorough exam. I felt safer with the resident than I did with Dr. Facktor. The appointment portion involving Dr. Facktor was odd. I work in the medical profession and was told by Dr. Factor something that was clearly not medically accurate, which left me pretty baffled; the resident physician actually stepped in and corrected what Dr. Facktor was saying. The remaining portion of the appointment seemed to go better though.

Took our daughter there when she broke out in hives. Had two appointments in the same building, so my wife and I had to split up and she ended up going to this clown. He basically laughed in her face and told her all kids get hives, it is no big deal, and treated my wife like an idiot. This is the kind of doctor who is phoning it in for the paycheck. The kind of person who shouldn't have a job as important as one in the medical field. Avoid at all costs.

Didn't listen to our concerns. Come off as arrogant and treated myself and daughter as ignorant. Won't be going back.

NEVER, under any circumstance, would I ever take my child back to this doctor. Or his Physician Assistant. They put their own lack of knowledge and arrogance ahead of my child's health. Thank God I insisted on a second opinion at a location not affiliated with this office. My child was going into anaphylactic shock and they would not believe what we were telling them. Rude. Unwilling to listen. Uneducated answers. Unwilling to admit they didn't know what to do. A hazard. And waste of time

I would NEVER refer anyone adult nor child to see him. He put my child in direct harms way because of his arrogance to be correct without once doing testing or as little as a physical exam. Hypacratic oath states First do no harm. Dr. Facktor failed my child no once but three times. @

I would NEVER take a child to this doctor! He was so demeaning and rude in front of a child! He didn't address our concerns at all. No parent or child should have to sit through a pediatric appointment and be talked to in the way he spoke to us. Definitely consider taking your child to another doctor!!!
