Waited 8 weeks to hear from him. I already went to another doctor. Office staff not professional in their interaction with patient.

Absolutely horrible Doctor. Dr. Dragutsky has been horrible. 3 weeks after ordering testsnhe had not reviewed them, much less gone over them with the patient. All of his advice turned out to be bad, and a visit to a competent Doctor and the problems were resolved. Dr Dragutsly's advice only made the problems worse. He made all the WRONG recommendations, and was nota good listener when it came to getting information from the patient. Stay away from this guy, he is terrible with bedside manner, follow up, and overall care. Bad bad bad. Shame on him for his lack of care and follow up.

Dr. Michael Dragutsky is the best informed and most compassionate doctor I have ever met. I have been a patient of his for at least 23 years. He is very easy to talk to and certainly advises well. My husband Jim is also his patient and we both have recommended him many times.

God sent us to him in 1994. He saved my 18 year old son’s life. He is s fantastic Crohn’s Doctor. I will forever be thankful. Keenan Luckey is my son who is now 46 years old. He needs to come back soon for a checkup.

Wonderful experience with the office and nursing staff. Dr Dragutsky is amazing.....so much knowledge! He takes time to answer questions, does a thorough work up, and personally calls with any test results. I have utmost confidence in Dr D.

I recently decided to change GI drs and went to Dr. Dragutsky. I have only met with him once, and I was very pleased. However, this review is not about him. When I met with him, I also met with Stefanie Morris F.N.P. I met with her again a seond time while he was out and this woman is phenomenal. In my opinion, she alone gives Gasto One a great reputation. The care she gives is just outstanding. She truly cares about her patients and their care and comfort. I’m so relieved to be in her care.

Dr. Dragutsky has been taking care of my husband with Crohn's Disease for the past 25 years or more. We can't think of a more knowledgeable, compassionate, competent gastroenterologist! He listens to symptoms, concerns, and questions carefully, then provides guidance, reassurance/counsel, and answers appropriately. Dr. D. also includes me in his discussions with my husband, when befitting, and he never seems rushed.

I have been a patient of Dr.D for MANY yrs. Now & have found him, his staff and his practice to professional, friendly, warm & thorough. My problems have required careful follow up with lab & patient education. Dr. D. HAS DONE JUST THAT.His OFFICE IS Staff is effecient & friendly. Dr.D calls personally to discuss lab results & findings so he can answer any questions.He does a detailed physical exam with HANDS ON THOROUGHNESS PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL !!!

Dr. Dragutsky is a good doctor with a great reputation in Memphis but I can not leave a 5 start review because his nurse (Shauntelle?) is absolutely terrible. She comes across as unknowledgeable and unhelpful. It would be better for her to pass messages directly to the doctor and interact less with patients.

I was told about Dr. Dragutsky from a pharmacist I work with and I gladly drive 2 hours to see him. He is very thorough and seems very concerned. He is a great Dr. and does all he can to help. I am very thankful he is my Dr.
