Had excellent care
Received thorough explanation of test results and felt like I was listened to. Previous doctor had ignored symptoms and Dr Degon ran tests to find a cause and a way to prevent future problems.

Avoid Avoid Avoid
His staff will ignore your calls when trying to schedule medical procedures after ER services. He will make you suffer in pain for weeks giving the excuse that even if you are uncomfortable and in pain, medically it can be ok for at least 3 months. I'm positive more reviews are not posted because they fear retaliation or death when they still have pending procedures.Scheduling nurse won't call back or return calls. If he cannot manage his staff and cannot take the time to fix a patient's issues, why come here? Go to Atlanta,Columbus, or a different military hospital

not sure
took time to explain my issue but i was overwhelmed with the information & confused. Missunderstood what he told me. thank goodness I had someone with me to talk to after.
