I previously left a 3 star review, but after paying out of pocket for a good podiatrist, it’s even more clear that Dr Crowe is a terrible doctor. Not only did he not take xrays, he didn’t even examine my feet, and he gave poor advice. All while rushing to leave the room. The appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes. His advice was to buy Spenco orthotics and drink green tea at night for my swollen ankles. The good podiatrist I saw later examined my feet, took xrays, and said I have the beginning of hammertoes. She gave me corrective orthotics. I go back in two weeks for a follow up. The

I saw Dr Crowe despite poor reviews because my previous podiatrist and others nearby don’t take my new insurance. Staff were friendly and he was nice, but he spoke so quickly I could barely get a question in. It was obvious he was anxious to get to the next patient. Also, he didn’t take xrays, just took my word for it that I have arthritis in my feet and plantar fasciitis.

Dr. Crowe is a great podiatrist. He is awesome when it comes to a patient/ doctor relationships, he shows empathy and is always concerned if my problem is getting better or worse. Any issues I've ever had with my feet were solved. I have been a patient with him for over 15+ years. I would recommend him to any of my close friends or family that have problems. I will continue with his services until he no longer sees patients.

I am surprised that this man is still practicing! He performed a bunionectomy on my right foot that I had to have it re-operated on because I was in so much pain years later. This is a surgery you don't want to have to have done AGAIN! I actually went back to him and he gave me a cortisone injection. When that didn't help, I went to an orthopedic doctor who referred me to a foot specialist who operated on it and it's fine now. I have heard first hand similar stories, unfortunately too late!

I can't comment on Dr. Crowe himself or how he treats his patients but his office staff is HORRIBLE! This staff gave me the wrong time when scheduling my appointment which took over a month to get. I show up and no one is there I waited awhile then left a message, which surprise surprise no one calls me back! I waited 5 hours later and called them and the woman was completely rude and combative on the phone even though I was the one that missed out on pay and ruined my day. I won't re schedule!!

He doesn't take the time to talk to the patient or listen to the patient . Your still explaining why your there and he's already at the door ready to move on to the next.
