Dr. Cromer has been my doctor for 30 years. He's the best! He is always concerned for my health and like family to me. His staff is excellent and couldn't be better. When I had back problems he sent me to the right clinic and after going through their physical therapy I ended up not having to have surgery. He is highly skilled and cut some skin cancers out. No scars whatsoever. You will not be able to see where it was done. That's better than any plastic surgeon I have ever used!

A Doctor that really cares about his patients
Dr. Cromer has been my husband and my doctor for several years. Eight years ago, we moved across the bay and are now 45 minutes away, but after trying to find another primary over there and not being satisfied with the care and the knowledge we decided to go back to Dr. Cromer. Dr. Cromer is not only experienced but he cares about his patients welfare. I speak not only for myself, but for my husband to as long as we can continue to go to Dr. Cromer we will.

Extremely Happy
My visits with Dr. Cromer are always thorough, and never rushed. Yes, sometimes I can understand he’s running behind, but he never leaves the room without making sure that all my concerns are answered. He has diagnosed a condition I have that three other doctors had no idea about. He sent me for treatment, and I feel he saved my life from this disease. His office staff are all exceptionally professional and kind.

Words are not enough to describe this amazing doctor he treat you like his own family and he is so concern about his patients that even he gives his own phone number to his patient if for example blood pressure is elevating low and high I have been going to him for 21 years and no matter where he goes I would still go to him

Would definitely recommend
I have been going to Dr. Kromer's location for over 20 years; and while now of course i never actually see Dr. Kromer, his office personnel, PAs, NPs, etc have almost always been wonderfully considerate, helpful and understanding-i say almost always because there was only one time that i had to wait a very long time, but it was during COVID and i felt like total crap, so that made the wait seem even longer. He stitched up my son's head from a daycare accident when he was a toddler (now 23), he was wonderful with him and he has no scar! (on his forehead!) It is difficult in any business to get and keep stellar help, but so far I have, overall, had wonderful experiences there, and if i don't i try to remember we are all human and that healthcare, especially in today's world, is a super stressful job-kudos to those that manage to keep a smile on their face! I have nothing but praise for Dr. Cromer, his staff (stephanie) is rude, unprofessional and typical of todays enviroment. Ive veen a patient of Dr. Cromer 20 years however due to not no visits since 2017, I was eliminated. No notice at all.

I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Cromer - he is my husband's dr. and absolutely great, BUT... his office staff is deplorable! They are a bunch of bumbling idiots. I wonder if Dr. Cromer really knows his office help and their lack of professionalism. After our recent visit with Dr. Cromer, who did follow up with a phone call, someone from his office was supposed to call us to give my husband a referral call for a specialist. No one called and I had to call them to let them know it was urgent. The girl said they would call back soon - it is now over a week later and still no call from his office. I had to find a specialist myself for my husband, after going to urgent care and getting a referral for a CT. I understand that Dr. Cromer is the only physician there and he has many PA's to assist him, but his office staff needs to be replaced with smart, efficient people STAT!!!

My wife and I are very happy being under the care of Dr. Cromer and his staff. They provide a positive atmosphere and approach to wellness which is very reassuring. Thorough and courteous best describes the manner shown by front desk and office staff, as well as nurses and interns. It’s a good place to start getting better.

He's a fantastic Dr but unreachable. His receptionist is rude and you can't get past her. Good luck trying to see him if you're sick. Referred to urgent care after being established patient. Left Urgent care with referral to see pulmonologist within one day. Dr Cromer's office still wouldn't see me until 4 days from now to help get to a pulmonologist which I am supposed to see within 24 hours and receptionist is so rude and not caring. He's untouchable.

Been going to Dr. Cromer for 30+ years wonderful Doctor. Staff is usually good. Sometimes they are snappy but it's likely because they are always so so busy, he is a very popular doctor and for good reason. If you are ok with seeing one of Dr. Cromer's PA's or other doctors you can usually get in next day. They are all also fantastic and do a great job. My entire family goes there and even when my insurance wouldn't cover his office I just self paid because he and his staff are worth it.
