Dr Crane was giving me a check-up about 2 weeks post surgery. He had me get up and walk around and asked me about any pain I might have. He seemed very happy with my progress. I was given another follow-up appointment a month later. We both thought I was doing very well for this early in my recovery.

All appointments felt very rushed. Was told today that they would like another MRI on my left arm tendon (already had one October 2016). After obviously questioning this (and asking about the costs associated with the 2nd MRI) I was told "well, that's what we want to do, call us if you want to do it." Came off very rude. In my three visits I may have spent 10 minutes TOTAL with the doctors!! I'm hoping these are isolated cases as I see most reviews are glowing. Will never go back.

My husband and I are very happy that Dr. Crane was my surgeon. He did excellent work and I am lucky he was available to help me. Dr. Crane is loved by his staff. That says a lot. He is great with people and I am very appreciative. In fact everyone we dealt with were kind, considerate, and helpful.
