Dr Cohen is a wonderful Doctor, he is well liked and very knowledgeable, I trust him and like his Great Personality ??????

Very Thankful for the level of care Dr. Cohen has shown my son for the last 9 yrs. He was so helpful when my son was in the hospital and fights many behind the scenes battles with our insurance company quickly and efficiently. Dr. Cohen may have complaints about bedside manner but the most important thing to me is that he is a skilled physician and he truly cares about each of his patients. The staff is also kind and helpful. We needed paperwork yesterday and they acknowledged my request immediately and completed the paperwork within 24 hours of my request.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Cohen. Today was my first appointment with him and he is everything I could want in a Neurologist. He spent time with me without making me feel rushed in the slightest, he listened closely to my concerns, made me feel so comfortable the whole time and he genuinely seemed to enjoy offering his help. He is the best doctor I have ever visited. I will be returning to him!

I look forward to my appointments - would recommend him to family and friends - he puts up with my wild comments and opinions - do not feel the appointment is rushed - in fact, he makes you feel you are his only patient that day. Thank you, Dr. Cohen.

What a caring person. He is very professional. He takes the time to listen to his patients. Not just waiting for his opportunity to speak. He was the only physician to really understand what treatment I needed to be well again. I have this outstanding doctor to thank for the life I am living today. I can't say that I am 100% recovered, but as close as possible. Head injuries are difficult to treat and understand. Thank you Dr. Cohen for believing in me, your kindness and taking time to listen.

He has a very arrogant bedside manner. I was willing to accept his manner, but he prescribed medication that made me very sick without solving the problems. I returned hoping for help and just got a bad attitude. When I mentioned advice from my primary care physician he was critical of her. All in all it was very uncomfortable seeing him. I would highly discourage anyone from seeing him.

I moved to VA in 2014 and mentioned having migraines to my dentist whom suggested a neurologist could help. He was in a rush so I asked the financial lady for the name of one. She gave me Dr. C's info, talked about working for him for a decade and I knew he was going to be a fantastic doc. She didn't work for him now but thought highly of him and his patients. Sure enough he is a lot like House - drugs + a real love for local sports teams = best doctor ever!

My mother was a patient of Dr. Cohen's years ago but had to find a new Dr when she moved away. For yrs she has had a lot of strange ongoing neurological issues that Dr's in her area failed to address or attempt to diagnose and treat despite her complaints. While she was in town I took her to see Dr Cohen. Immediately he listened, he cared, and he ordered a well overdue MRI to start finding a cause. His words were its sad a dr would leave her like this. He is human...before he is an MD.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for a number of years for cervical dystonia and degenerative disk syndrome. I have been plagued with severe migraines and this Doctor is wonderful. I love him a lot. He is always very compassionate and patient when he gives me my botox injections for migraines and I am sorry I have to lose him as my physician, too bad I can't take him to Florida with me. I hope I can find someone there like him.

Lacks respect for his patients time. We have seen him three times and he is NEVER on schedule and grossly behind.

Had carpal tunnel and Dr. Cohen made a fast diagnosis. I was able to get surgery on both hands to correct the issue. I now can feel my hands again. I found out about him from my wife whom he diagnosed with MS 5 years ago. Her treatment has been top notch also. I trust his opinion more than any other. He has been a huge help to our family. He can be brutally honest, and thats because he is not going to try and sweeten bad news. It's easier in the long run to get over it and move forward.

A little dry and dare say grumpy but seems knowledgeable

Fantastic MD. Even when I've moved away from Stafford I've made the drive back to see Dr. C. He's NOVA quality care in Stafford which is very hard to find. I trust this MD's judgment & have always felt 100% comfortable w/ him. Consider yourself lucky to be in his care.
