Will not address root cause. Waste of time.
I re-located to the area and needed a new family doctor. I've been on a therapy that has treated my condition successfully for years. Dr Cloud would not continue the therapy with the evidence of re-emergence of symptoms. The nurse that works for him is rude, and gives inaccurate facts to justify non-treatment. They will treat every symptom but not root cause that causes the symptoms with evidence that such treatment is effective and other doctors have prescribed. Side note - I have PTSD from the military and it is hold for me to seek medical attention for myself. I just ignore it and move on. But, when I set outside my comfort zone to seek help, I just into a brick wall at Dr. Clouds office. I need a new doctor....

No Time To Listen/Care
Doc preoccupied: bad Rx, bad referral, waste of time. First visit = last visit.

Horrible visit twice and will never go back. One year ago I was having check issues and breathing problems. No tests, no nothing, prescribed me a lifetime supply of heartburn and acid reflux medication ( which I did not take ) I go back a year later for the same issues. He says, “ I haven’t seen you for a while, so let’s do a health exam “. After a brace, blood tests for arthritis, x-rays to check my joints, heart exam because of breathing issues, a week later I get a call saying everything is fine. If breathing issues continue, come back and we’ll do a chest x-ray. He did not listen to a word I said, instead I get a bill from my insurance for $3300. He is crooked. It’s all about money. Why not do a chest x-ray for breathing issues? If an inhaler helped breathing, why assume heart? WILL NEVER BE BACK

This doctor does not perform thorough analysis to address patient issues. He has even prescribed medicines without understanding the patient background. I have been successful with second opinions from other doctors instead. Avoid this doctor.

Absolutely terrible doctor. If I could give a zero I would. He has made it so we will never return to this facility again in fear we will have him as our doctor. If you get the older wiser doctor there you are good. Im not taking that chance on absolute incompetency

Didn't really do much more than ask the basic questions, which I could just find online and were not relevant to me anyway. A relatively new practitioner should normally be more involved and interested in the patient and eager to gain experience. Not him, though. He is cocky, does not have the patient's interests in mind, he is not curious to learn and basically implements an approach that he is an expert on everything. Interestingly, he already proved he did not know enough about my condition.

Changed every med and treatment I was given for 3 years. Like he wanted to make a point that he was now my Dr and things would be done his way.
