Front desk lady hates the entire world, and she was unnecessarily very rude. Doctor didn't really ask my question, and gave me the default blood panel, and I was asked to follow up. Which I tried, calling the office basically every day, but it either was "closed" or they didn't answer my phone. Simply a waste of time.

not very compassionate. He only looks at labs and doesn't listen. I also asked for a referral to see another specialist and he just didn't want to write anything. I've been struggling with chronic illness for about two years. Writing a letter takes 5 minutes and can change someone's life.
