Dr Chames made me feel comfortable by listening and being considerate of my concerns. And ease any worries by explaining what was going on with me and what to expect.His manner was cheerful and down to earth while still being knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is helpful and polite I highly recommend Dr Chames.

From the first appointment for consultation, all the way through cataract surgery on both eyes and follow-up, I had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. Chames and his staff. His staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very caring and attentive in the way he answered all my questions. Great bedside manner on surgery days. Very thorough in follow-up. All appointment times kept, with little to no waiting. If you need this type of eye care in Jackson, this is the place to go.
