Dr Byrd was excellent. He listened and talked to me and not at me. His demeanor was awesome. He seem very laid but professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an ent specialist

Dr Byrd is simply the one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. Look when you're losing your hearing, this vital central part of a life, you want somebody so grounded that you trust him enough to follow them into battle - Dr Byrd is that guy: straightforward, gentle, humorous, and willing to take the time to explain what he sees and what you're looking for together. They're very few people in the world into whose hands I will place my hearing, Dr Byrd is one.
