Dr. Michael Bryan, MD

I have seen Dr. Bryan 2-3 times. First, you will wait at least an hour each time you go, which is ridiculous. Recently, he said my son needed an image scan on his nose and that he would put in an order. Several days later, the imaging center was ready to schedule the scan, and we did. But the day before, they called, needing to reschedule as they had not received the instructional (clinical) notes from Dr.Bryan. They had called but not received word back. We rescheduled for a few days later but had to reschedule again since the center had still not received the clinical notes from Dr.Bryan and had left several unreturned msgs. I called Dr.Bryan to find out what was going on, but no one ever returned my call either. I knew it was time to leave, and we won't return. OVERALL REASONS: lengthy wait times, failure to follow-up on test orders he submits, failure to return calls from both patients/third party centers after multiple attempts, poor overall customer service, lack of patient care.

I have been having issues with a morning cough and a need to clear phlegm out of my throat. It has turned into something chronic that I deal with every day. Dr Bryan, sat down and actually listened to my symptoms and concerns. He created a game plan and I’m excited to see where it goes. He listens, is caring and from my experience he truly wants to help the people who have seemed him for help.

As a long time patient of Dr. Bryan's, I have gotten to know both he and his staff. He is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've ever met, his bedside manner is wonderful and he is amazing. He really cares about his patients and takes time to explain any problems and all the reasonable solutions and trade offs. As far as being an ENT, he is likely the best in North Texas.

Dr. Bryan is so considerate he tells you everything he is going to do and what it will feel like or sound like. He is wonderful.

With out fail, Dr Bryan always delivers excellent professionalism in his diagnosis and and repair of damage and discomfort that I may be experiencing. I like his bedside manner and always enjoy talking with him whether it be professional or personal. He’s the absolute best as far as I’m concerned.

Dr. Bryan is thorough and kind. He approaches medicine from a mechanical engineer’s perspective and is able to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. He is working to solve my problems in a cautious and conservative way, while making big improvements. He listened to my concerns and helped me make good decisions. Highly recommend!

I would recommend dr.Bryan very good very knowledgeable about everything. Explain everything very well . I had 2 big surgeries with him & both surgeries went smoothly Dr. Bryan takes the time 2 spend the time on his patients.... I would give him a 10 star ratting.....

I've been a patient Of Dr. Bryan's for a few years and have always been impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and bedside manner. He helped me discover the problem and then helped me solve it.

After suffering for 5years with my primary care physician, I made an appointment with Dr. Bryan. Best decision of my life. He had me sorted out within months, including referrals to allergists, and surgery that I needed. He is extremely patient, cares about what is being said, answers questions calmly and explains everything in detail. He hasn’t dismissed my fears even once, has never made me feel like my question was silly or unnecessary. For me, he was truly God sent at a time when I was constantly coughing and struggling to take even a single breath and my condition was dismissed and not taken seriously by my PCP. I’m in comfort and breathing easily for the last few years all thanks to this brilliant doctor. I hope my review will help others find good care and an end to suffering.

Dr Bryan was very thorough and spent lots of time answering questions and discussing all of our options. My daughters tonsillectomy went smoothly and we always felt comfortable and at ease under his care. Excellent experience!
