After obtaining a second opinion from another neurologist diagnosed me with stocking vibratory and sensory cold temperature loss, Romberg sign, & tandem imbalance. Along with subclass immunoglobulin deficiencies supportive of a connective tissue disease and combined variable immune deficiency syndrome compared to the cursory testing done by Bowley.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowley's for almost 5 years now. I was ready to give up and accept that there was no helping my illnesses. But my mom dragged me to just one more doctor, and that was Dr. Bowley. He actually figured out my diagnosis and a treatment plan faster and more accurately than the 30+ specialists I had seen before him. I am very picky with doctors and generally don't have any luck finding a doctor I'm able to connect with. I feel like Dr. Bowley was the first doctor to really listen to me and to care about me. He took into account my future goals and helped me obtain a lifestyle most doctors said I could never have. I am graduating college this weekend and I truly don't think I could have done it without the help of Dr. Bowley. He goes above and beyond in researching ways to help his patients and will take the time to explain what & why he is making a suggestion. The wait time has never exceeded 10 minutes (a much shorter wait than I usually have with specialists).

I was transferred to Dr. Bowley when my provider moved out of state. He looks young, and in medicine this isn't always an advantage. Be assured that he is smart, more responsive than most doctors (no one is perfect), and thoughtful. He never makes an appointment feel rushed. He still retains his humility, and I think he learns from each person he works with. I've seen a lot of doctors, some of the "best" in Boston. It is rare to find one that talks to you like a human instead of a patient.

Dr. Bowley is very kind, knowledgeable and takes his time to answer any questions that you may have. He is always very prepared for appointments and genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend him. He is also experienced with patients with Ehlers Danlos in particular.

Dr. Bowley is an incredible physician. I came to him years ago with undiagnosed chronic conditions that previous neurologists had dismissed. During my first appointment, he was able to pinpoint the issue. By a follow up, I had treatment. Once in a wheelchair, I can walk again because of this man. His knowledge is extensive. In my case, I have several rare diseases and trust him first amongst all my doctors. I travel clear across the country for my visits. He is the MVP on my

I suffer from health anxiety and Dr. Bowley is one of the rare Dr's I've met whom I trusted right away. He spent time with me, answered all my questions, explained everything to me, and really seemed to care about me as a patient. I never felt rushed and I am very happy that I selected him as my neurologist. He's smart, knowledgable, well-educated, accomplished in his field, and he's very open and patient. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bowley is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and will spend the necessary time with his patients. He is not one of these doctors that make you feel like your wasting their time. He always comes up with a game plan in order to make you feel better. I highly recommend him.

I have had a very poor experience with this Doctor. I believe if he is able to diagnose you himself he will be an ok doctor for the patient. He is very arrogant and over confident and puts down other doctors if they do not support his opinion. In my case he has been way off base and has ignored several symptoms that do not support his theory. He will pump you full of drugs and not follow through with how you are doing. He is also not responsive. I have seen 10 doctors and he has been the worst.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bowley, and experienced some major problems during the time I was with him. He was very sensitive to what was going on, and spent a lot of time helping me through it. This appointment ending up being very long, because of what I was going through. I could not have asked for a better Neurologist. He is great!
