Dr. Michael Borok, MD

Absolutely terrible. Just called his office to make an appointment the front desk girl was extremely rude and ghetto I’ve never interacted with such poor and low class customer service in the heath care field in my entire life. Please people be careful who you hire, these people are the first point of contact with your patients and lose you business. Just because of lupita I would never go to this Dr nor would I recommend him. I called in and explained i have a signed referral from my doctors office my doctor and insurance gave me their info and told me I can go here with my referral she said we don’t accept referrals on paper and hung up on me I called again she said I need to pay out of pocket I said okay I need an urgent appointment as my doctor requested she said she can’t do that and soonest is in April I said I need to be seen asap it’s an emergency and she said I said what I said and hung up the phone I called back she doesn’t pick up, I called again on my other phone she picks

Two really great experiences with both the staff and Dr. Borok. The first was consultation and the second was the biopsy. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Borok removed a mole I had that my insurance covered because it was very aggravating to me and not cosmetic in any way. I do have several other areas I would like removed, that my insurance may or may not cover, that I can pay cash for if needed. The skin where my biopsy was taken place has healed nicely, I appreciated the helpful instructions on how to keep the area clean, so no infection happens. I was also given a prescription for skin tag removal on my first visit, but never used it because I rather have them cut out. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service and Dr. Borok. I am very happy that I have found a good dermatologist in my area, thanks to everyone there!
