I met with Dr Boniello for the first time to assess issues with my shoulder. He was very personable and listened to my concerns. He reviewed my MRI results and explained the problem. He gave me options for next steps. I was very satisfied with his approach.

Friendly staff. I did not have to wait. Emma is terric. She is extremely knowledgeable, did not rush me and made herself available. Dr. Bonilla made me feel at ease right out of the gate. He offered a number of possible solutions for my dislocated clavicle and also why each solution would not work. When we discussed the repair I was feeling very blessed that I had found Dr. Boniello and Emma.

OSP is set up to be a urgent care facility so when I woke up in serious pain in my right knee, they were 8 miles away and sorted me out with crutches some pain, pills and an appointment for an MRI. Six weeks later by meniscus is still torn, but we have a great plan to go forward. No surgery, excellent treatment. Can’t recommend these people enough.

It was my first appointment, he made me feel comfortable and heard! He also didn’t recommend the standard Injections most other places run too!

Dr. Boniello, may you forever walk upon gold! Dr. Michael Boniello saved both of my two shattered arms, knee and shattered ankle. Anytime I walk, shake a hand, pick up my children, or do anything on my own, I appreciate his life's work and talented existence. At no point will you feel rushed out of his office. He takes the time to answer all questions and will sit and tell you information that you wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. When he met me, I was crushed with 8 broken bones and 5 dislocations, among other injuries. I had no idea what was going on for about a week and a half.When I met him, he sat and explained everything to me. Each one of my injuries and exactly what they did to repair them. He really took time so that I would understand my injuries and what had happened. Best suture work in the field I have barely any scarring.

He was a very nice dude and was able to tell me everything that was going on with my knees. I’ll need an MRI soon, but I was very pleased to meet him.

Dr Boniello has an easy manor and is very personable. I did not feel rushed and he explained everything thoroughly how I could continue to exercise and strengthen my injured area without worry.

Dr. Boniello took the time to make sure I understood every step of the procedure and the expected time frame for healing. He is also very personable and easy to talk to. Emma, his PA, is also very knowledgeable and readily responded to all my queries. I couldn’t ask for a better team.
