My family member had stage 4 colon cancer and Dr. Bell was a compass for us in how we should begin tackling the disease. He helped us walk through various treatment options so that we felt we were making the right plan for us. Grateful he took the time explaining everything to us so that we could feel confident in our care plan.

Dr Bell identified my family member’s health condition early enough to avoid bigger health problems for her later on. He was patient and kind with all our questions. You can tell he is a surgeon who actually cares about his patients.

Left a staple, stitches in my husband. Never apologized or scheduled an x-ray to make sure there were no others. My husband just happened to see tip of stitch and staple protruding from area 2 months later. They were not dissolving stitches/Staples. Doctor had to make a cut to get staple out after trying to pull it out.

Dr. Bell and his nurses have provided exceptional care for my family over the past 31 years. I wouldn’t trust my medical care to anyone else in the River Valley.

he was kind when i went to his office. he apologized and said he wasn't trying to hurt me when checking my abdomen. down to earth considering many doctors and surgeons think they descend from on high to treat the lowly patients (the people who pay them).
