Nothing! The absolute worst Dr. I have seen. He acts like he wasn't going to get paid for the visit and I went there for free.

For context, I am an Orthodox Jewish father who brought my son in for a strep test.The Doctor failed to administer the test correctly. In the process of doing so, he cut my son in his mouth at which point blood started pouring from his mouth. Then the doctor said he didn't want to try again because there was too much blood, and despite my request and concern over his symptoms, stated it was only the medical opinion that mattered.So my son, who came in for a strep test, left with a bloody mouth, no strep test, and quite a traumatic experience.For reference, my son is a very well-behaved 3 year old who has had many strep tests administered at his pediatrician without any issues.In summary, I would avoid this doctor at all costs. Other reviews share the same sentiment.

I visited this doctor for neck pain, and the whole time he was making me feel below him and obnoxiously rude. I would never recommend anyone to go to this doctor, horrible.

Call before you go to avoid this doctor or choose a different location!

I went to urgent care and had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with this guy. I'm not even going to call him a doctor because he doesn't deserve the respect associated with that title. His attitude was horrible. I've never gotten frustrated with somebody in his position before, but my annoyance was so visible he eventually even said something about it. I never want to see him again. It sounds like I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I have never felt like I 'wasted' a doctor's time as with this doctor. Went in last week to make sure a very bad cold that I have been dealing with for a few weeks wasn't contagious anymore. Yes, I should have gone much sooner, but that's on me and I was hoping that my over the counter medications would help. Dr. Bayless in Ramsey made me feel very uncomfortable with his bedside manner, I even called him out on it and he was very surprised I mentioned that he made me feel like 'I was wasting his time' and then his whole demeanor changed and he was trying to be all nice.... well too late! I never experienced anything like that before and will never go back. Heard Doctor's Inn nearby in Ramsey, NJ has a great doctor who's caring and doesn't shoot you down for asking questions that Dr. Bayless makes you feel incredibly incompetent and not worth his time! WOW, avoid for sure!

At the end of the day you expect Doctors who join the profession to support and guide when patients are at their most vulnerable state, as such you hope the job is done with compassion . The key word here is compassion. This doctor lacks it- lacks it! Patients are entitled to questions. Patients are entitled to their autonomy while seeking and navigating care. Patients are entitled to respect and a compassionate care. None of this was present with this doctor.

Very loud and obnoxious!

To read the other reviews you would think these people are expecting Dr. Bayless to be an oncologist holding their hand as he is tasked with gently letting them know they have 6 months to live. This is urgent care, geniuses. He's gotta see dozens of people a day. Get you stable, in and out, next person. Brevity is a feature, not a bug.I saw him for a cut. He looked at me, instantly knew what to do, then administered treatment. Was he Mr. Congeniality? I suppose not. But was he rude? Did he not explain himself clearly? Not at all- he did the job I needed, quickly and efficiently. Just what the doctor ordered-- literally. No complaints.This is triage, folks-- figure it out.

This guy is absolutely the worst

I never write reviews, but after seeing this guy today I felt like my experience could help others avoid a very unpleasant meeting with Dr? Bayless. I never had a doctor who just made me feel like I was a burden. No compassion, care, or respect for you as a patient. I only saw him for a few minutes before he sent me away, and as an out of pocket patience I felt like I only wasted my time and money. Please go to someone else and I really hope you get the care you need to get healthy.

Poor bedside manner and communication. Does not spend appropriate time amount with patients or explain medical conditions. Do not recommend.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. He was angry at us for asking simple questions. He created a very unwelcoming environment and I did not feel comfortable at all. Do not recommend.

Dr. Bayless gave me some recommendations that were extremely helpful for chronic pain issues that I was having. Worked wonderfully, extremely grateful.

Poor bedside manner and terrible with younger patients. With a procedure that is uncomfortable, it would have been lovely for him to walk through with the adult what would happen next and give recommendations on how to calm the child. I have never left a doctor's office more angry. Would not recommend but 1 star is the lowest rating allowed.
