Dr. Michael Banda, MD

Dr. Banda was the surgeon for my 86-year old mother’s hall bladder removal. He thoroughly explained everything to her and the family in terms we could understand. He answered all questions before and after the surgery. At her recent followup, he beamed when he saw how good she was doing and offered more encouragement to her. He is an excellent doctor and a compassionate, caring individual.

I saw Dr. Banda as a new patient. Everyone of his staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They were very professional. Dr. Banda was amazing!!!

It wasn’t a long wait time and they didn’t rush

I did not directly choose him. He was the surgeon who took out my gallbladder after an ER visit. I had other complications but he and his staff were wonderful about communicating with me while I was in the hospital. Cautious with my care and only operated when they felt confident it was safe to go in and take it out. I am a terribly anxious patient and they were hands down the best. I appreciate all they did for me. Follow up was fast and easy too. If I had to choose next time, I’d choose Dr. Banda and staff again.

Fast and complete attention

Dr. Banda’s office is extremely efficient. For a new patient visit to be completed in an hour, from to check in to check out, is almost unheard of. The front office was staff was welcoming and sweet. Sam, Dr. Banda’s NP, was amazing, as usual. Dr. Banda was great. This group was highly recommended and I am so pleased with my experience.

Dr. Banda removed my gall bladder at WKB one weekend in June 2022 after a sudden attack. His bedside manner was excellent and my recovery was excellent. His nurse, Samantha was also very knowledgeable and told me to call for any questions at discharge. I’m an RN and have had many encounters with physicians as a patient and as a professional in the past 30 years. It was a pleasure to have Dr. Banda and his team be part of my care when I needed them. I would recommend Dr. Banda and his staff for any surgical procedure you may encounter. They are top notch!

Dr Banda is wonderful. He is kind, considerate and above all treats you like a friend. He listens to your concerns and makes sure he answers all your questions. Personally I absolutely love his sense of humor. Fate brought Dr Banda into my life and I will forever be grateful that he was my surgeon with my stomach issues. He is the best!! Love him!!
