Front desk receptionist Annabelle-has caused Dr. Bagg to loose a patient of over 5 years, Her unprofessional manner and having absolute no empathy for my husband, emergency situation landed us in the ER room, she refused to make an appt for him, or transfer us to someone who could make an appointment, when we asked when he could be seen she said next week sometime and could not tell us when exactly ==My husband had blood in his urine =almost begging for help she refused...

The worst office staff I have ever delt with.
Dr Bagg kind of shocked me when he told me that I could wait and see what happens! I don't think cancer just goes away. I have been trying for over 6 weeks now to get the office to send my records to another provider for a second opinion and have gotten nowhere. It's like talking to Edith Bunker

Dr Bagg is the best!
Dr. Bagg is an exceptional doctor who truly goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding medical care. He is a highly professional and caring physician who consistently puts his patients' well-being first. Prior to my surgery, he demonstrated his commitment to my health by taking genuine concern for my lab results and promptly referring me to a hematologist to regulate my blood levels. This act of prioritizing my health over the surgery date spoke volumes about his dedication to providing the best possible care. Once my blood was regulated, Dr. Bagg performed a successful surgery, and throughout my recovery, he personally checked on me during both days of my hospital stay. His presence and attentiveness reassured me and made me feel valued as a patient. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Dr. Bagg. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate nature truly set him apart as an exceptional doctor in his field.

Front desk personnel is the worst ever. Cocky and non caring, they should not use the current pandemic as an excuse. Reflects very negative towards the doctors that operate that urology service.

I was not even able to schedule an appointment because receptionist could not decide whether or not the doctor would be able to take me as a patient. She stated "The doctors get real mad if the patient does not have a referral." I was under the impression PPO did not need referrals. According to the person scheduling appointments they do or doctors get mad. She had to put me on hold to see if she could go ahead and schedule me. Then returned and said "no she could not schedule me." Apparently these doctors do not have time for diagnosing. They want other doctors to do the leg work for them. So Sad!!!

After another doctor found an absolutely huge tumor on my left kidney on July 21, 2017, I was referred to Dr. Bagg who saw us within a couple of days and by August 21st, exactly one month later, I was having surgery. Dr. Bagg was very attentive, very professional. He gave me every attention I needed including his time, his ear in listening to my questions and those of my family. I continue to see him and do so with total confidence in the quality of medical care I am receiving. He saved my life!

Dr. Bagg is an exceptional Doctor. He performed a life threatening surgery on me when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 bladder & prostate Cancer. He has been taking care of me since,(2014) without fail. I wouldn't trust any other doctor to treat me for this type of illness. I very strongly recommend Dr. Bagg to one and all,

Dr Bagg was very helpful to me. I relocated to El Paso from the east coast with a history of urological issues. He understood my past history of treatment and was able to keep me on the same treatment plan which was successful for me. He had a good bedside manor and was very well versed. However, it is very hard to reach him or his tech & nurses. The office staff did not seem helpful, pleasant, caring or understand any sense of urgency.

I was a first time patient this past week. Dr. Bagg was not very helpful and made me go to hospital to get about four test all to come back and see him the next day and tell me he can't see what he was looking for on the sonogram. I would not reccommend this doctor to anyone! He was very cold and trying to determine my pain level by the way I look. I was very disappointed with his male medical assistant. He was very rude and didn't take my vitals, he was taking my temperature as I was walking
