Avoid this guy
First psychiatrist I’ve ever seen and what an awful one. Dr Armbruster was condescending and abrupt throughout our appointment when I tried to detail my history and symptoms. At several points he raised his eyebrows as if I was lying to him about how I was feeling. Overall bedside manner was just not conducive to a therapeutic setting. At the end of the consultation he invited me to ask him any questions. When I got past asking the first question he got distracted before he could answer and then proceeded to rush me out the door. I couldn’t believe it.

Dr. Armbruster is very focused on my severe anxiety and PTSD and pays great attention in interacting with me to deal with the same. I appreciate his level of personal care and sincere interest.

Excellent care and convenient
I have been a patient with Dr. Armbruster for about a year. Dr. Armbruster's practice goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with other psychiatrists or therapists. His approach did not just address my initial mental health/wellness issue, but also empowered me with strategies to care for my own health going forward and make the most of my life. I am eternally grateful for all I have learned so far and would highly recommend Dr. Armbruster to others.

This is a warning - while under the care of Dr. Armbruster I was prescribed medication that was known to have possible side effects if medicine was not taken. When I was running low,I attempted to reach Dr. Armbruster. After 8 days of leaving many messages and emails I was finally able to get my prescription filled. Please read this and heed my warning that this doc is not concerned with your recovery but can actually cause you more distress
