Pre-cancerous Moles & Annual Screening
I have seen Dr Adler for annual skin checks for over 10 years. There is a history of skin cancer in my family. He is very respectful and thorough, and always on time. In the past he has found several pre-cancerous moles and treated them immediately. Nothing further developed thanks to Dr. Adler.

Excellent dermatologist
I have been a patient since 1990… Dr. Adler took care of me when I had a case of the Shingles. He knocked it out quickly and prevented the rash from developing into lesions that ooze. I was given a steroid and a shot… I have since had some basal cell cancers removed and my eczema under control.

Dr Adler
I started seeing Dr Adler 2 years ago after my long time dermatologist retired. With a history of multiple skin cancers I was concerned about the transition. My interactions with him and his staff have been extremely positive. He is attentive to my concerns. The clinic itself is very well run. Highly recommended.

DR.ADLER’S POOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP!
Dr. Michael Adler was my dermatologist for many years until he decided to stop seeing me in 2023 to 2024. The minute his practice became part of The Oregon Clinic all patient relationships were gone and you just became a number. He misdiagnosed my skin condition twice in a 2 year period after I moved out of his area. I switched to ClearChoice Dermatology where there is a patient emphasis. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING TO DR.ADLER I WOULD AVOID HIS PRACTICE NOW BECAUSE THE ALMIGHTY $$$ RULES THERE !!!

Biopsy of a squamous cell carcinoma
The care that was taken to explain what would happen. What surprised me was the fact that there was very little pain in the process.

Smart, Thoughtful, Professional
I grew up in Texas so every few years I get a complete "mole check". This is the second time I've seen Dr. Adler - and as before he asked smart questions, answered my questions thoughtfully, checked to make sure I understood his answers and was exactly the kind of medical professional one hopes for.

My visit was for the surgical removal of a Melanoma In Situ detected at my 6-month check-up. Find this in a sea of other skin blemishes is testimony to Dr. Adler's skill as was the surgical skill involved in taking only enough flesh necessary to remove the cancer. I am a very happy patient of his since I moved to Portland 9 years ago.
