Dr. Zakaria is a PHENOMENAL doctor! He saved my husband's life. My husband went from having multiple grand mal seizures daily to being seizure free well over a year now. We had been to so many different doctors but their treatment was unsuccessful. Dr. Zakaria and is team are the best! We highly recommend Dr. Z and have done so. Every person that we have recommended to Dr. Zakaria has thanked us and wished they knew of him sooner.

Dr Zakaria has been treating my daughter for several years and I would never trust anyone else with her medical care. He is an amazing doctor with a great, caring staff, especially Chris, Dee and IJ. Dr. Zakaria has been my neurologist for 3 years & I could not ask for a better physician. Genuine & compassionate, he cares about his patients' well being and is giving of his time & support, seeking the best regimen for them no matter the work. Chris Garcia is the friendly office manager that works in conjunction with Dr. Z. Not only is she cheerful & warm in disposition, but she works sincerely & diligently to solve unique patient concerns. Moreover, she leads an organized & proactive staff.

Dr. Zakaria has been the only doctor able to help treat my mothers migraines. She had suffered for years with no way to help ease the pain or stop the migraines. With Dr. Zakaria’s knowledge and experience he was able to alleviate and help stop the migraines. Highly recommend this passionate and caring doctor!

I was completely amazed when I was let down by this doctor. I still fail to understand what's so hard about getting my first or last name correct when entering the room, or failing to give me the correct information for an overnight EEG. With all the mis-information and communication failures (despite how kind and actually caring this doctor is) I am now stuck with a hilariously large hospital bill for a test that never occurred. Don't fall into the same trap I blindly dove into.

I truly love that Dr. Z really cares about his patients. He is kind, funny and respectful. I am blessed to have found Dr. Zakaria. My son has epilepsy, the pediatric neurologist was poorly treating my son. They almost poisoned him with the different pills they were prescribing him. . I found Dr. Z via google search. In the first visit he found that my son had tons of issues due to the pills the Neurologist was giving him. We were able to get him the correct help he needed to get better.

I was a patient of Dr. Zakaria's when he was in Louisville, Ky. I adored him, as did everyone who knew him. He was thorough, compassionate, kind, friendly, an extra good listener, etc. and I trust him completely. When I found he had moved to Fla. I was devastated! I have another neurologist even though I haven't had a seizure in over 2 yrs. He's nice but there will never be another Dr. "Z".

Dr. Zakaria takes time to listen and isn't quick to brush you off- a rarity these days. He's helped me keep my epileptic seizures under control with the right combination of medications.

Dr. Zakaria is by far the best nuerologist I have ever dealt with since I was diagnosed with epilepsy 5 years ago (total of 6 doctors). He has an enormous amount of patience and explains everything until you fully understand it. He looks for solutions while also making sure you are okay with the treatment plan. He looks at the patient as a whole and takes all aspects of their life into consideration, also while allowing the patient to be is a part of the decision making.
