Dr. Stein
Dr. Stein listened to every word I said. She review my medications and health records with me. She gave me few treatment options. And the Trigger Point Injections she gave me relived my pain within a day. I trust her , her experience and her expertise !I am and will recommend her to anybody I care about!

Never
Dr. Stein was cold, unfriendly, no eye contact, she hardly took her eyes off of her computer. I was upset when I left because she was so unconcerned with how I was feeling. I feel that a health practitioner should at least be interested in your issues. I put my foot up on the table because I recently had foot surgery and my foot was red and swollen. She asked me why I had it up there and I showed her but she never looked at me or acknowledged my issue, just mumbled, 'yeah'. I cancelled the next appointment and would never go back. I want to feel that my doctors care about me and my well being!

I called the office for appointment as i was having sever sciatic nerve pain during my pregnancy. The office said they can give me an appointment next day or 2 weeks later.i agreed for next day.gave my insurance details.next day my husband dropped me to the office .when i reached, they said your husband called and cancelled your appointment yesterday.seriously??????then i told i cannot do that.why will he do that.he dropped me here. Then they say we dont know.they were talking among themselves and then told me since i am 15 mins late they cannot take me.I am like be sure if i cancelled or I am late.and then they are saying if you want you can book an appointment in September.I said i dont want an appointment with you guys now.Horrible exprience.if you dont have slot then dont call people or have courtesy to tell the truth.putting it on my husband.Really???Beware of this place.

Dr Stein has treated me for ten years seeing me through two hip surgeries and one core surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable and her treatments have kept me pain free. I cannot say enough good things about how she has helped improve my quality of life. I refer her to everyone I know who could benefit from acupuncture. She has even treated my 75 year old father who now enjoys washing the car without back issues. There is no one better than Dr Stein!

I understand the importance of supporting your staff but what about patient loyalty or service for that matter? Patients who are in need and in pain come to see Dr. Stein. But when they arrive they are greeted by a disrespectful, unfriendly, and demeaning office manager who is not trained in speaking with patients with courtesy nor compassion. Im a new mom, I was lost and I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment. Upon my arrival, the office manager rolled her eyes at me and made me wait 3 hrs
