Not thorough and no compassion
Uninvolved, not compassionate, tries to end the appointment process fast, and when asked questions it feels like a bother and the answers aren’t informed. It may be kaisers hands off approach but I’ve had Kaiser doctors who at the very least pretended they wanted to be there.
