Dr. Meredith Cousin, MD

The first appointment at St. Francis Mooresville she had her staff call to cancel because she had car trouble. No problem I rescheduled. The second appointment went well. She even had me contact someone to try to help with my insomnia. She had me do an in home sleep study for a couple of weeks. I thought this is ok. Then I had to wait 5 months for a follow-up. Then the day after I got a text to confirm that I was going to be there they called. They left a message that she wasn't going yo be in the office and I needed to contact them to reschedule. I was livid! I had waited 5 months to see if I needed a CPAP. I called and cancelled for good. If you want to wait forever to see her then you should call. But I am no better off for ever seeing her!

Dr Cousin has been my neurologist for many years now. She is great at what she does. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my chronic migraines and treatment!

Dr. Cousin is intelligent and orders the right tests in a timely manner. Thanks so much!

Dr Cousin was beyond amazing when I brought my husband into the ER . My husband has emergency brain surgery with a different surgeon and was un ICU for 3 days and discharged. We met Dr. Cousin when I brought him back into ER because I was concerned he was having a stroke. She was very thorough and you name it she had the tests ran. MRI , CT scan, etc. She explained everything she was doing and the results when they came in. I thank her for having a huge part in saving my husbands life.

I am a new patient to Dr. Cousin. She is excellent! I had to get a new neurologist since mine retired. She spent a great deal of time with me going over my history and plan of care. Her staff was very helpful and the facility was profession and friendly. She is accepting patients if you need a physician.

They had called me the afternoon before to confirm my appointment. I spoke to an actual person. Then when I got there for my appointment after I took off work and drove a hour and a half they told me someone cancelled my appointment. Never would tell me who. After sitting me down to fill out my paperwork they talked and informed me a few minutes later they would not be able to see me and I would have to reschedule my appointment that took me a month to get. They didn't care I drove so far.
