I Really Liked Dr. Corson, but...
I first met Dr. Corson a few years ago and had a great appointment. I will admit, I only go to the Dr. once a year thank God, but the second time I went I saw the PA, not a big deal, but my preference is always to see the Dr. I schedule. I'm looking for another holistic Dr. however. My biggest gripe is the front desk staff. They're always laughing, joking around and talking loudly, this is a Dr.s office not Game Stop. I call for mamo referrals and got brushed off once while the rep was chatting with someone in the room. The final straw? I came in to get checked out after a car accident, all they wanted to talk about was the no-fault insurance process when I just wanted to see if I had a concussion or not. They never asked if I was an existing patient, they were just ready to pass me off to the hospital bc they "handle no-fault faster." Though she explained the process well, my concern was my health. I had a headache that day and didn't feel like protesting, but I will be leaving.

I had a similar experience with Dr. Corson: she was thorough and knowledgeable and holistic in approach, very impressive. However I felt a little rushed with her and forgotten as soon as I walked out of there- she cannot be reached unless you make another appointment (she did not answer my portal questions)... this was too bad, I took time to research and find the best doctor, but I won't be going back.

I am a patient of Dr. Corson and believe in the principles of holistic medicine in combination with traditional medicine. I had blood work drawn three weeks ago by an independent, reputable lab. Doctor indicated that there was a strong possibility that my thyroid medicine would have to be adjusted. I called on two separate days and spoke to Maria an office assistant. She said they would call the lab an call me right back. It has been five days and I still have not heard back. Today I was told that Maria is not in the office and the office is now closed for three days. They could not have me speak with the doctor either. This is irresponsible on the part of all parties. It will have been more than three weeks before I will hopefully get a response and get meds adjusted. I wan t others to be aware and make an informed decision about this practice.

Dr. Corson seems to be very knowledgeable about all about her field of expertise which is Nutrition, however I waited a long time to be seen and I felt rushed when I saw her and I was very disappointed that the only way you can get in touch with her was by the portal on the computer . If you had any questions after your visit you had to come in to come in to see her again. This was my one and only visit and I don't plan to go back .
