Absolute Queen
Historically, I am typically dismissed and not believed, but I have truly never had a better appointment in my life. Dr. Moore spent an hour with me and was extremely thorough. I could have hugged her. She's kind, she has a sense of humor, and she cares about her patients. I wish I could rate her higher than 5 stars.

Avoid.
Bad bedside manner. No eye contact. Cold. Types and does NOT listen at all. Abrupt in language and style. They made me transfer to her because Dr Pillenger moved to another state, he was wonderful. Dr Moore was not gentle when doing ultrasound. She was somewhat contentious in her style of questioning with rapid fire and zero time to answer, she simply does not listen and doesn't write down what I say. Some may like the way she acts but I do not. I will be changing endocrinology practices AND I will be changing entire healthcare systems because of this one individual. She made me feel very terrible.

She made me feel bad – Dec 02, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Moore?
I was being referred to Dr. Mercy when my endocrinologist moved to a different practice. I was with her for 2 years. The past 3 visits, her bedside manners were horrible. She would write notes on her laptop, but hardly have any eye contact or verbal communication. On my last visit, I saw her because I didn’t feel well. She came into the room very annoyed and asked, “why are you here early?” Just before I left, she reminded me of my next appointment and not to come earlier than that. I have never been to a physician with such cold attitude. Patients come to see you because there is a need. Remember, your paycheck depends on your patients!! Being rude and lack of bedside manners is the last thing any patient has to put up with!

She ran some tests but not others that I wanted to do to rule stuff out and basically made me feel crazy for even asking. I lot of my health issues have undetermined causes, the reason I went to see her was to rule stuff out so I can focus more on what's actually causing any issues I may have or go a different route. She didn't want to help me even achieve that much. It's not like it's as waste of time she and the practice are getting paid by the visit so I'm not sure why she even behaved the way she did. She only ran tests that she thought related to my familial medical history and none others. When I paid out of pocket to run the others myself that she denied, she wouldn't recognize any of those results as being valid. I would not waste time or money seeing her honestly. complete waste of both. Had to see a functional medical doctor (licensed, not just naturopath) to get labs done properly. Ridiculous.
