A long time ago
I was a patient at Raleigh Hills Hospital many years ago. I was 20 something mom of three with a powerful drug and alcohol addiction. I'm now a 60 something woman who has been alcohol and drug free for over 40 years. I feel he was more effective than the unusual treatment offered in that facility. He made a difference, he left an impression. I had no doubt he cared and wanted to help. He has no reason to remember me, but I have every reason to remember him. He seemed to understand addiction and it's grip on people. He encouraged me to seek out who I was and who I wanted to be. I will never forget him and I wanted him to know that.
