Dr. Ford and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very personable and gave me great understanding of what the procedure would be. as a person who doesn’t like to visit Dentist offices dr. Ford was very reassuring, which made my experience very pleasant. Dr. Ford has a great bedside manner. He is very professional, and works with a spirit of excellent. My procedure was done very quickly and I had peace leaving the office. Thank you Dr. ford for the wonderful job you do!

Dr. Ford was thorough and detailed in his information, both during pre-op evaluation and on the day of surgery. His thoroughness is combined with great personal warmth and a caring attitude. The surgery and the initial days of post-op healing have gone very well. Instructions and prescribed meds have been very helpful in keeping pain, swelling, and bleeding to minimal and normal levels for my tooth extraction and bone graft procedure. VERY PLEASED!

I’m scared of needles and have never been put under. But Dr. Ford and his staff made it such a comfortable experience and now my recovery had been going great! So thankful he did my surgery

The office was clean, modern and staffed with knowledgeable people. Of particular note, Laurie and her boss, Giselle went out of their way to solve a problem I had concerning medication. Without their help, I would have had to postpone the procedure until the issue could be resolved.

This has to be one of the most considerate and gentle Oral Surgery practices that I have ever been treated at. I had a tooth extracted this morning and have been pain free all day. Dr. Ford and his staff are exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

When I went to Dr. Ford to have teeth extracted I was immediately put at ease by the staff and Dr. Ford. He explained exactly what he was doing and stopped from time to time during the procedure to continue to inform me about the process and to ask if I was okay. The procedure was a success and Dr. Ford followed up personally with a phone call to me later that same evening to make sure that I was okay and to remind me of what I should be doing for the healing process to be speedy. The call not only touched my heart but my husband was very impressed as well.

Great experience. I was guide by Dr Ford and supporting staff through each step of the process and couldn't have been in better surroundings. Medicines were available at my local Rite Aid as promised and I was even called the morning after to see if I was okay. I have been a patient since 2009 and would never go anywhere else.

My visit was stopped before it was nothing but excellent! I typically am afraid of dentist but in this case I had to have oral surgery on my mouth and I feared it but once meeting dr. Ford and his staff on Friday morning August 20th I felt a little anxious but dr. Ford was very courteous very kind very gentle and very informant and his staff make me feel like family excellent staff above reproach I would definitely recommend dr. Ford to anyone that needs Oral Surgery and what I love is that doctor for it calls you after you go home to see how you're feeling not only is he concerned about you while you in his office but once you leave he continues to be concerned about you doctors like that gives us hope that there are still good people in the world keep doing what you doing.
