I have used Dr. St. John for over 9 years. Appt's are 11 or 11:15. I am always thru with labs & in my truck by 12:30. The staff seem happy to see me. I have seen babies born & shared in the joy. We as humans have to do our part & meet the staff 1/2 way with a pleasant attitudes. Dr. St. John ALWAYS entered the room with a smile & a "Good Morning". I owe my good health to her & the quality of the staff that she hired.

I have worked for this woman for 18 years. I know her very well. She has always been an excellent doctor. She is very direct, she expects the patient to do their part in their healthcare and she does not give pain medication to just any one. If you didn't like her odds are you were offended by the simple straight truth. She is not a money hungry doctor or she would have chose a different profession. You have to be evaluated if your on powerful drugs like humira every 2 months for your safety.

I love Dr. St John! She listens to me even for minor things. She is determined to put my disease into remission. If a medicine doesn't work we change it immediately. She spends a lot of time with me getting to know me & my limitations & concerns. I won't ever change doctors.

Most horrible Dr visits I have ever had Dr belittle the patient and if you have a appointment at 9 am you are not going to get seen until noon and if you have a appointment at 1 you won't get home until after 7. The staff is rude and act like they are better then you...

She is extremely efficient, asks every kind of question of what my issues are and has a fantastic understanding of dealing with the specific needs I am having to work with and works diligently to find out what is causing the pain. I think she's the best in Hot Springs! She has a beautiful gift from God above! Highly recommended!

Threatened me: If you don't come see me every two months, you won't get your Humira prescription. I was only a paycheck to her. It's like being blackmailed. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to see her.

Before seeing Dr. St. John, I was in a great deal of pain. The medications she put me on have helped to greatly reduce the pain and make it possible to return to my daily routines. Dr. St. John will honestly tell you exactly what you need to be doing to improve. She is very direct and tells it like it is. I really appreciate this quality and feel more doctors should be like her. After all, that's why you go to a doctor. I believe she cares very deeply about her patients.
