I recently switched health Insurance companies and needed a new PCP. I take blood pressure medication and needed a refill, Dr. Wong had plenty of availability, so I went with her as my PCP. At my appointment she came in,shook my hand and never made eye contact again, rushed through the appointment AND had some what of an attitude!! She lacks simple human kindness and compassion. Now I know why she had such open availability....I switched to a different PCP after this experience.

Dr. Wong lacks empathy and has poor communications skills. She made a snap diagnosis without responding to my concerns. She forgot to give the referral that she said she was going to give me so I had to follow up. Afterwards, I also did research which suggested her assumptions were wrong. I sent her my findings asking for clarification and she did not respond.
