I've seen Dr. Wells for several appointments. She always answers all of my questions regarding my condition and medication. It took trying a couple different medications until one worked but now my symptoms are much more manageable.

Dr. Wells was treating my mother. After telling her there was nothing she could do for her, she inisisted on seeing her one last time. My mother is elderly, uses a walker and is nearly blind. She made every effort to get to the appointment, and was 12 minutes late through no fault of her own, as her accessi-ride was late. When my mother was finally able to get to the correct office (she wasn't able to see the numbers, and was left at the wrong building), the doctor refused to even see her.

Dr. Wells does not appear to take any interest whatsoever in her patient. She spent most of the entire hour of my appointment typing notes into her computer, at one point for a seven minute stretch--complete silence. She did not do a complete physical exam--it was half an exam. She did not ask questions about my family history, which reveal genetic links to my condition. She was passive, disinterested, and incomplete. She stated her diagnosis with no compassion. I won't be back.

Why the heck is this doctor even in rheum practice? She is the most under qualified physician I have ever seen. I cried driving home from my appt because I felt so discouraged after her "advice."

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! I am chronically ill, I have many doctors in many states...she has the absolute worst bedside manner I have experienced. Her patient care is abhorrent. I don't think she can even hear you talking. I am so sad I have wasted the last few months and thousands of dollars in this horrifically bad practice. See literally anyone but her.

It was a long wait to get to see a fibromyalgia specialist. The staff lost my paper work, no where to be found during my appointment. Dr. Wells was rude, didn't listen, and offered nothing but a print out from a web site. She is not a specialist, she repeated canned responses that I have read on line. As I was dismissed as she added on ailments to my health records that are incorrect. I wouldn't take my dog to her.
